Due to the nature of nut milks and fresh dairy alternatives, returns are only accepted if the product is found to be defective or damaged upon delivery.

Dry Goods

Items such as granola, dried fruits, and grains can be returned within 3 days of purchase, provided the packaging remains unopened and the safety seal is intact.

If you receive a product that does not meet our "Curated Excellence" standard, please contact our support team via WhatsApp or our website immediately for an exchange or refund.

Delivery & Trade Terms

To ensure clarity in our logistics and "Last Mile" delivery, we operate under the following international standards:

DAP (Delivered at Place)

Dulo Pantry is responsible for the delivery of goods, to the customer's specified destination (Home/Office). The customer is responsible for any local import duties (if applicable for cross-border regional orders),including the local delivery costs as quoted.

Door-to-Door

Primarily used for our "Bike riders" service within city limits, ensuring the risk transfers only once the product is physically handed to the customer.

Pickup Points

For customers opting not to use courier services, goods are made available at our micro-warehouse hubs (Ex-Works/FCA terms apply).
